Anyone have a TSU7000/7500 Service manual or know part numbers?

ServiceWideTech.com is no help.

I'm trying to find a replacement button sheet for a PHILIPS PRONTO PRO TSU7000 remote control. It would be nice to swap out the case too.

I think the button sheet is the: 310420420682 EL FOIL WHT

I found these but not sure what they all are:

Looking all over for this software, for testing RF from my TSU7000.
Could Dave Houston or some other kind soul please mail it to me > radio_man@usa.net.
Or point me to a working DL url.
Can't find it ANYWHERE on the web...
It's NOT EAL codegen.exe - that's a different proggie which does not work for my Elro sockets, nor my Conrad's.
I have the Intertechno RF codes, but I'm done with these units: switching is unreliable even from the supplied remote: they onlt switch when you hold the remote within 1M, plus there's no metal near, plus there's no other socket within 1M...plus...arrggh...

RU990 available for spares/repair....

Hi all

I came home the other day to find my wife complaining the remote (our RU990) was misbehaving.

Basically, it has the "white screen of doom" that I've seen mentioned here. It powers up, double beeps, and the screen is just white - although it responds to the touches where the buttons are, and still emits IR/RF as it should.

Anyway, I've acquired a Marantz RC9500 and switched the CCF over to that, and everything works - but that means I now have :

a) A boxed (with CD/manuals/charger & dock) RU990 (latest firmware - reset to factory default CCF)

b) A boxed SBC LI900 RF Extender (with... [More Content]

I am having a bit of a clearout and have the following items for spares/repair for sale

1 x RU950 - Good working order but does not charge battery (possibly dock issue as PSU is OK)
1 x RU950 - Screen displays OK but does not respond to touch, also not charging (possible dock issue as it rattles, PSU OK)
2 x Battery packs - Hold charge OK
3 x LI900 RF Extenders - tested in good working order

I am open to offers on any of this kit but can still find a use for it to keep my 4 Pronto configuration running so will not take any ridiculously low offers

How to download pcf to SBC RU990

Well, and I thought all pcf's were created equal...

Bought a s/h SBC RU990 and wanted to upload my pcf previously created for the TSU7000/7500.
But PENG won't let me...
See pic.
Question: how do I save-as-SBC RU990 file?
Found no option in PENG...

"You are trying to download a TSU7500 device pcf to a RU990 device.
Please save the file as a RU990".

Pronto 3500 and Cisco DVR

I have had a Pronto 3500 for a number of years and am very happy with its performance. My issue is that I have replaced my old cable box with a new Xfinity RNG200N. Since my original professional programmer is no longer in business, I have tried using the NG software in the "learning" mode with the remote that came with the Cisco DVR and while the software indicates the buttons are learned, the Cisco doed not respond either in test mode or after downloading the configuration to the pronto. Hi,

I am in needing the softeware/firmware for Pronto TSU3000 to fix 2 pronto tsu3000 remotes. They both stuck on calibration(cross appears on top left corner and did not respond any touching on it?).

I really appreciate and look forward to receiving your advice and assistance on how to obtain old or old software files for tsu3000.

Then I wondered if I could generate an entire set of hex codes from the associated IRP.

Hello All. I wanted to set up all my devices on this one remote. Unfortunately most of the PCF I have found are not for my device or there aren't any for most of my devices. I wanted to do this:

I also have a Loewe Aconda, an LG BX580 Blu-ray, a B&O Beosound Century/2000, and a Denon AVR-3805.

trying to learn some RF

Hi all

I have a pronto pro NG (RU980)

I also have some 433 RF sockets. I've just bought a powermid in the hopes that it can convert the RF into IR and then I can learn the IR with pronto and send it out as RF.

it's not working.

the powermid is sending IR when I press the socket remote, so it's receiving the RF. Pronto learns the IR, but then when I play back the IR as RF from the pronto it doesn't work.

is there some magic I should be doing or am I SOL?

PS I have a pronto extender if that helps.

RC9500 questions?

I just picked up a used RC9500 and have been playing around with my own configuration. I have a couple of questions:
1. If I set the functions of the Vol+ and Vol- buttons at the very first Properties page, how do I get that to cascade down to any new device or page I create? Or do I have to program them for every device?

2. I'm pretty sure I've linked the directional pad buttons to up,down,left,right etc. for my TV remote, but when I try to use them, they just change the pages on the screen. What am I doing wrong?

After running prontoeditng in compatibility XP mode is perfect, so it is impossible to upload or download configuration into prontopro

Complicated Win 7 USB issue

I have a Mac, running Parallels (Windows 7), and having just purchased a new BluRay player, I am trying to connect my mac/pc to my RU990 remote. The remote is not recognised by the mac/pc and when connected, it looks for a usb driver and fails to find one.
I have done a Windows update, searched this site and many others (including the Philips site) to no avail. I have installed various versions of Pronto Edit to see if they contain a driver, but no. I do not have the original disk which came with the Pronto.

TSU3000 Constantly blinking! A new one to me.

Edited this after getting home....
I inherited a client from someone else who put in a TSU3000, not the most elegant programming I ever saw. She called yesterday to say she could not control her AV system. When I got to the site I saw that the Xantech sensor's LED is blinking constantly. I looked through the room, and there's no new thing that emits IR. It turns out the TSU3000, vintage unknown, is on its charger happily blinking away. No wonder she had no control!
